Apply (if applicable) comprises of a series of six  attempts at concrete poetry made using all the words taken from pages of job application forms. The aim was to move the language of these forms that most of us have known we have no choice but to read and work with into a space of feeling and freedom. Some of the works win the fight and reach a positive statement or truism, whilst others get pulled down by the unsuitable words available to them into a form of textual psychosis.

The words, design layout, and emphasis of each poem is taken from the job application form page in focus.
